Helix Bridge, Bayfront Bridge and Youth Olympic Park at Marina Bay
Against Singapore’s newest city skyline, the landmark Helix Bridge, Bayfront Bridge and Youth Olympic Park was officially opened amid fireworks and fanfare on 24 April 2010. Minister for National Development Mr Mah Bow Tan graced the occasion as the guest-of-honour.

PARCO Marina Bay
The official opening ceremony for the new PARCO Marina Bay at Millenia Walk was held on 31 March 2010. Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, Minister, Prime Minster’s Office and Second Minister for Finance and Transport, was the guest of honour for the ceremony. The event was also graced by His Excellency Makoto Yamanaka, Ambassador of Japan to Singapore.

Rolls-Royce Project Red Dot
Rolls-Royce commenced the construction of its 15.4 ha Seletar Campus on 1 February 2010. The symbolic construction launch event was graced by Mr Lim Hng Kiang, Minister for Trade and Industry. The campus comprises Rolls Royce Project Red Dot which the Trent aero engine assembly facility, regional training centre and advanced technology centre are all under Sato Kogyo’s contract.

Nanyang Technological University, School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences
The official opening of the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at Nanyang Technological University was held on 21 July 2009. The guest-of-honour for the event was Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister for Education and Second Minister for Defence.

The much anticipated opening of MRT Circle Line Stage 3 Lorong Chuan Station was opened to the public on 28 May 2009.

Pioneer MRT Station and Joo Koon MRT Station
The fully-elevated 3.8km westward expansion of the MRT east-west line comprising Pioneer MRT Station and Joo Koon MRT Station was officially opened on 27 February 2009. The official opening ceremony was graced by Transport Minister Mr Raymond Lim.
